How do I update my payment details?
To update your details, log in to your Wilson account via the Wilson Parking app or Members Service Centre.
Select 'Update Payment Details', enter your credit card number and expiry date, and save.

Claims and receipt requests
I need a copy of my receipt
You will need to contact our Customer Care Team at info@wilsonparking.com.au with proof of payment (for example. a bank statement outlining the date and the charges). Our team will send the receipt directly to your email.
I need to claim a refund for an unexpected charge on my parking.
Submit a claim for a refund here. You will need a copy of your receipt or financial statement showing the charge that you are claiming for and details of the car park where the charge occurred.
